I'm a huge fan of cycling blogs, which is another way of saying that I have very few friends.  From Guitar Ted to Lovely Bicycle! to BikeSnobNYC I can chug through article after article about the cycling world, but the problem with all of these blogs is that they rarely (some would say, NEVER) mention me, or my opinions.

I have opinions.

But more important than opinions I have the following:

1. A perfectionist streak that manifests itself as an obsessive attention to the details of bicycles and a constant desire to create the optimal cycling experience.

2.  Money.

Look, I don't plan on showing you many photos of my bike tours.  Or waxing poetically about how it feels to ride a mountainous overpass in the middle of the night.  What I want to talk about is bike gear.  Wheels.  Tubes.  Handlebars.  Bags.  I want to talk about what's been working for me and what I hated and what I want to change in the future.  And whenever I get a new piece of gear I want to share my experiences with it.

This is a bike blog for geeks.
